Ministry partners

Ministry cannot be done without help from others who are also committed to the health of the local church. The following ministries have been great at helping me navigate the challenges of consulting. Each organization brings a host of resources for the task at hand. Please familiarize yourself with each one and seek to know more about what they do. As Far More Consulting continues to assist churches in becoming biblically healthy, the resources, ideas, and teachings of these ministries will be a part of what we do.

These organizations were founded in an effort to help every Christian pursue God’s calling upon their lives. Whether it’s learning to biblical teaching on Prayer, How one becomes a leader, gaining understanding and expertise in a particular area of study, we are directed in Scripture to Set our Minds on things above, not on earthly things (Colossians 3:2). Each ministry listed below are committed to equipping every believer to realize the power and truth of this text.   Feel free to investigate each ministry and see what God might do in your life.

Discipleship.org National Forum

Jesus-style disciple making is the greatest mission on earth—and it is the solution to almost every problem that plagues Christians and the church. We want to help you gain clarity about the dangers and the peril for Christians and Christianity when disciple making is not present. Discipleship is the core mission of the church, but it’s sadly lacking in most churches.

So, you have a big challenge. We face this challenge together. We have partners that can help you.

Discipleship·org wants to help you by introducing you to key disciple-making principles, partners, and networks. I am sharing this perspective with you because in the weeks and months that are in front of us, we will be introducing you to our partner organizations and networks that share a common commitment to Jesus-style disciple making.

Harvest Prayer ministry

Harvest Prayer Ministries exists to equip the local church to become a House of Prayer for all nations, releasing God’s power for revival and finishing the task of world evangelization.

What does this mean in practical terms? We want to see every church become a praying church (…”a house of prayer for all nations…”, Isaiah 56:7, Matthew 21:13, Mark 11:17, Luke 19:46). In this process, we minister to leaders, leadership teams, individuals, couples and families so that a deep love relationship with the Father is ignited and God’s kingdom purposes are accomplished. The end goal of a praying church is to see revival and the finishing of the task of world evangelization. In order for this to happen, prayer must become the foundational Spirit-led strategy for kingdom life and activity in and through the church. Dave and Kim Butts lead the ministry known as Harvest Prayer Ministries.

Leadership transformations

A transformed leader means a transformed organization.

leadershiptransformation.org

Our mission is the spiritual transformation of leaders and teams. Transformation takes place over time, but the internal condition of the leaders' soul must be right. The greatest transformation comes during times when we quiet ourselves long enough to listen attentively to God, to one another, and to what’s stirring in our own hearts.

At LTI, we seek to increase the "attentiveness quotient" within individuals and teams – helping them to become more aware of God's presence and direction as he forms them more into the likeness of His son Jesus, gives them discernment for the path ahead, and renews their strength as only He can. In all that we offer, our mission is to cultivate vibrant spirituality and attentive discernment in Christian leaders and their teams.

What is God Inviting You into Today?

LTI will help you listen, equip you to discern, invite you to act, encourage you to pursue God’s unique will for you, your team, and your ministry. We are convinced that leaders need to pay attention to God’s call and unique thumbprint upon their individual lives. Then they can invite their ministry team to discern and fulfill God’s collective call to service

Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary

Gordon Divinity School and Conwell Theological Seminary were both from the Baptist heritage. When Gordon-Conwell was refounded in 1969, however, the seminary was purposefully founded with no specific Christian denominational affiliation. Today, Gordon-Conwell has students from over 90 different denominations, as well as students from over 40 countries around the world. Theologically, the Statement of Faith[24] and the Mission and Purpose[25] of the seminary are based on Protestant and evangelical doctrines, such as biblical inerrancy.

Arrow leadership

    Personal. Intentional. Transformational.

We’ve helped over 1,000 leaders experience these words through the Arrow Leadership Program.

With Jesus-centered leadership as our goal, we recognize that deep, lasting transformation takes time. That’s why the Arrow Leadership Program isn’t a quick-fix event. It’s a 15-18 month journey.

We also recognize that transformation happens best in community. That’s why we cultivate a safe community environment where you can process life and leadership with seasoned mentors and a lifelong network of peers.

A recent assessment of the Arrow Leadership Program demonstrated that 100% of participants have been positively impacted by the program, with 98% immensely or significantly impacted in at least one key area of development.
