Leadership

Dr. Sam Warren

far more consulting began with a deep passion for the local church

LEADERSHIP

Leadership is so foundational to the success and health of any organization. This is true for Far More Consulting. At the beginning of the ministry, Dr. Warren selected a group of godly men and women (listed below) who would partner with him in the leadership of the organization.

Each person brings experience, gifts, and passion for the local church to each task taken on by Far More Consulting. Our desire as a ministry is to see individual churches become biblically healthy, not only within their own ministries but in working together with the broader context of Christ's body. Nothing would bring us more joy than to partner with you in your effort to become healthy.

Below you will find pictures and biographies for each member of the Far More Consulting board of Directors.

Gaye Martin

FMC Board Member

Gaye is from Summerfield FL and is married to Phil Martin, they have 5 children and 12 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.

She is a management and training consultant and owns her own firm, Resources Unlimited. Some of her clients include NASCAR, Lockheed Martin, Smithsonian, and Rosalynn Carter Institute.

She has taught for Central Florida Community College and served on its Women’s Advisory Board.

She is a private pilot and her hobby is oil painting.

Humor is critical to her presentation of the gospel. She has led spiritual growth retreats for 55 years and her heart is in seeing God's people rise up in a bold statement of all He has done in their lives. She is careful to guard the joy in her life and the lives of others, since the “joy of the Lord is our strength” and when our joy is gone our strength is gone.

She has been featured several times on Focus on the Family and has authored a book on her flying experiences; “I Read You Loud and Clear, Say Again.”

Steve Evans

FMC Board Member

Steve Evans has been serving the local church for many years. He was raised by a godly and gifted mother (Gaye Martin) who made a lasting impression on his life which is seen in the way he lives his life.

Perhaps this is the reason Steve is committed to the church. His love for it, extends beyond a beautiful building and the other things usually associated with a local church. His passion is seen in his service for many years as the chairman of the board for the West Jacksonville Advent Christian Church, at which time he continually urged the church to put their faith into action, especially in the community.

For years, Steve spearheaded the annual Back to School Bash, which connected to thousands of people within the church community. He and his wife, Jan Evans, (a Veterinarian) are committed to missions and leadership development in and outside of the church.

Steve, now retired,  has worked for Sprint Communications for years as a Senior Network Analyst and in recent years formed a business called Priced-Rite Services that he uses to provide for himself and serve others.
